What we do with your data.
The short version: we use what you send only to reply to you and to run your orders, a few companies handle it for us, and we delete it when asked.
Who we are
Stillhand helps wholesale distributors enter the purchase orders their customers email. In this notice, “we” means Stillhand. For anything about your data, write to hello@stillhand.co.
What we collect
- When you visit this site. The site itself sets no cookies and has no forms. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or follow you across other sites. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, handles the technical details every website receives, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver pages and block abuse.
- When you email us. Your name, email address and company, and whatever you write or attach.
- When you send orders. For the 20-order test, or as a customer: the purchase orders and the lists you send us. These can include your customers’ names, addresses and contacts, and the prices you charge them.
How we use it
To reply to you, to run your test and, if you go ahead, to set up and run Stillhand for you. Nothing else. We don’t sell or share your data, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it for us
- Google (Google Workspace) holds our email, including the files you attach.
- DeepInfra, a US company with data centres in the US and Canada, runs the AI that reads your orders. It processes them in memory only: it doesn’t store them, log their content or train on them.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and counts visits.
No one else receives your data, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Orders and lists sent for the test: deleted within 30 days of sending your results, or sooner if you ask.
- If you become a customer: kept while we run your setup, and deleted within 30 days after you stop, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
- Emails: kept while we’re in touch about working together. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@stillhand.co and we’ll act on it within 30 days.
Changes
If this notice changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
